Knitting/Crochet Camp with Kye Skelton:
Student will be taught the basic skills to crocheting or knitting (their choice) and will begin a basic project such as a scarf, blanket, or shrug. We will discuss how to read a pattern, adding and taking stitches away, different types of stitches, needle/hook size, yarn weight for different projects and how to do color changes within the project. If students finish their project we will work on a harder project with different stitches and harder patterns. This will be very hands on and needles, hooks, and yarn will be supplied.
