Parents & Friends Presents "Boots and Bingo"
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for community involvement and support for our upcoming playground beautification project. SPES Parents & Friends is hosting a Boots & Bingo Fundraiser on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 6 pm to 9 pm in the Parish Hall, and we invite you to join us in making a positive impact on our precious school.
Our playground holds a special place in the hearts of many families, providing a safe and joyful space for children to play and families to connect. To enhance this cherished area and finish what we started, we have planned a beautification project to coincide with the previous Derby fundraising event, held this past spring. We are seeking sponsors like you to help us reach our fundraising goal. Your generous support will contribute to a new playground surface, landscaping, and overall improvements to ensure a delightful environment for all.
Please consider one of the different sponsorship levels listed below:
Lonestar Level ($5,000): This level includes 4 tickets, 2 packs of cards per guest, 4 mystery prize cards ($400 value), preferred seating, prominent logo placement on all promotional materials, and a special mention during the Bingo event. It also included reserved parking for 2 cars, promotional material of choice on a first-come, first-served basis: Stage sponsor banner, bar sponsor banner, raffle sponsor banner, drink koozies, frosted cups, auction bidding paddles, napkins, and pens. Deadline due for promotional items - January 31st, 2024.
Brazos Level ($2,500): This level includes 2 tickets, 1 pack of cards per guest, 2 mystery prize cards ($200 value), preferred seating, and recognition on banners and social media. Reserved parking for 1 car.
Bluebonnet Level ($1,000): This level includes 2 tickets, 1 pack of cards per guest, preferred seating, and a small logo placement on event banners and social media.
