The St. Paul’s Episcopal School athletic department strives to instill in its students the value of teamwork, cooperation, compassion, mutual respect, and the love of the game. St. Paul’s strongly believes in the principles taught by competition: sportsmanship, self-discipline, and perseverance. All students in third through sixth grade are encouraged to participate in intramural sports. Teams practice weekly prior to, and during, each respective season.
St. Paul's currently competes in the following sports: volleyball, flag football, basketball, and track & field. SPES athletic teams participate in the Waco Private School League and compete against other private schools in the Central Texas area. In addition to our competitive sport leagues, St. Paul’s also offers Spirit Squad for girls Kindergarten through 6th grade.
